Megan grew up in a small town in south east Michigan. She had her first taste of performing in third grade with a solo in a school Christmas concert. After many years of figure skating, gymnastics, and cheerleading, Megan combined her love for music and acting and began doing musicals. She continued to sing at weddings, art shows, sporting events and other special occasions through highschool. Megan began studying theatre at St. Clair County Community College while she was still in highschool and performed in "The Glass Menagerie" by Tennesee Willliams.
When Megan graduated she moved to New York City to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy to study muscial theatre. She started auditioning in her last semester and booked her first New York show a week after graduation. She has worked on several webisodes, cabarets, commercials, independent and student films. She is currenty cast as Olivia Holland in Morrow Road which is set to begin filming in Michigan over the next year. Megan recently performed in Bert V. Royal's "Dog Sees God" at the 45th Street Theatre. She just finished another play as Minnie Powell in "Shadow of a Gunman" by Sean O'Casey.
Whip It (Director: Drew Barrymore) was Megan's first screen appearance. She also worked on Miss January (Starring Kim Cattrall) which is in post-production.
CBS Radio is where she is currently employed to work in promotions for 92.3 NOW FM. She has worked as assistant producer for CHUNKY RADIO (weeknights 7-11pm) and also done voice-over work for 102.7 Fresh fm and 92.3 NOW fm.
Megan has done some commercials and modeling as well as local pageants. She participated in Miss Michigan USA in 2008.
Megan is a member of the Michael Chekhov Theatre Company in NYC.
